Seeing most of the DMing ratings are Hard or higher makes me wonder what these publishers think is the incentive for DMs to buy their product. Great question! DMs who run multiple sessions a week or even one session a week and have an otherwise busy schedule can certainly feel burnt out when they have to come up with everything that happens, create custom monsters and magic items, etc.
